First National Bank Complaint

Hello South Africa. I had a very bad experience with FNB bank. I have app**** for a pension backed lending loan FNB. I was told your application was declined because I was on arreas with Absa home loan. I settled the absa in January 24. In March 24 then I app**** again and submitted the statement with zero balance. FNB came back and say they want a letter from Absa which says the account is up to date. Then my question was what letter because the statement is giving the balance which is zero. My issue is do I suffer because I am a black person or what? I have emailed Mr Sipho Mshlasela who told me all of those stories, now he does not reply my emails. My name is Vusi Masango.
