First national bank bad service

First national bank has charged me R500 in bank charges again ,how many times per month will I have this issue ?

I do not want a debit order on my account so please reverse these bank charges urgently,spoke to numerous consultants that go in circles and do not resolve this issue they think the whole day we can sit and reply to them ,

Kindly reverse my bank charges urgently.
