First National Bank and Mbd costing me an opportunity to settle my debt
I have been battling to get a settlement letter from Mbd for my Fnb credit card.I have called them I have chatted on WhatsApp sent emails. I have sent emails to Fnb complaints and no response. I need a settlement letter to apply for a consolidation loan that's about to expire I supposed to have handed all these by Thursday afternoon. Every other company have given me my settlement letter immediately it's just this Fnb credit card. They are costing me an opportunity to clear my debt by not providing me this settlement letter in time. I cannot understand why can't they give me this immediately like every other company. Such a big institute and the worse service

15 Feb 2025, 10:41Thank you Fnb for responding. I have yet to hear from Mbd. They told me 48hours I will have this letter but 48hours has already passed.I was very clear that I needed it immediately. I will really appreciate if you guys can get them to send me my settlement letter by Monday morning latest.It is just this settlement letter for my Fnb credit card thats holding this application up. I am so stressed please help.

Thank you Fnb for responding. I have yet to hear from Mbd. They told me 48hours I will have this letter but 48hours has already passed.I was very clear that I needed it immediately. 17 Feb 2025, 11:56I still have not received this settlement letter. I called Mbd in the morning. A lady told me 5days I asked for a supervisor she dropped the call I called back I was given another number. Called again another lady said it's sent this morning but she does not know when I will received it. It is 11:55 and I still have not received it.

FNB Why is it taking you guys so long to send me my settlement letter. So clearly it's not Mbd thats holding me up it is you guys. Such a big bank and you can't send me my settlement letter every other institute sent it to me straight away. I want this letter Today!!!
