First national bank agents are ******

<p>Hellopeter,last month i received a call from fnb agent she was offering me their fnb sim connect contract,the guotation of the contract was they give 2 gig of data for R65 per month and R50 once off connetion,i asked the lady they are no any extra charges she said no,I used the sim for 1 week the data was finish.on the 25 july they debited an amount of R516.65 i stop the debit,i phone their customer help line to enqire about the amount they told me that once the 2 gig is finish i have R500 credit limit of which i was never told about when i was signing the contract fnb agents are ****** all i want is to cancel these contract.</p>
