First National Bank a useless bank

Lost my card, immediately blocked it on the FNB money app to my astonishing a lot of trasactions are taking place on the blocked card. I immediately informed my private banker and he perpetuated the fact that It is normal for some trasaction to be executed on a blocked card. Logged a formal complain with the so called FNB, reference number provided and I was informed that they are busy with the investigations.

How long will the investigations takes place I don't know and my blocked cards is used perpetually, no help what so ever from the so called FNB. Basically banking with FNB is tantamount to fighting a loose battle.
