First National Bank - A Service Disaster!

I’ve had the worst experience with First National Bank (FNB). Their service is absolutely **********. They have a chat feature that is nothing short of pathetic. Pretty from FNB Loans wasted my time—after waiting for more than 10 minutes for a response, she had the nerve to end our chat just a minute after responding. Pathetic, really. For the past 2 hours, I was transferred from one department to another, with no resolution to my issue in sight. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism exhibited. I have never experienced this type of poor service anywhere else. If you are planning on joining FNB, good luck. You’ll need it.
