First National Bank a huge let down!
Endless problems with FNB
It's DAY 4 since I've departed from SA to Spain
Secure Chat - inefficient Premier bankers end chats without having resolved the issue. Then they offer further assistance.
32 Day Fixed Deposit Requested withdrawal whilst in SA fees charged and accepted. Was meant to be cleared 06Aug. Nil in my current account. Have no funds to access.
Cash Passport Trying to Top up. The system says unavailable to load. I must go to the bank where I was issued the card (FNB Cresta Centre)
It's an inconvience dealing with FNB. My co-travellers are not having any issues with SGANDARD BANK or TYME BANK (run by retailer)
I will be closing my over 30+ years account with FNB. This is the pits!

11 Aug 2024, 10:54FNB has attempted only ONCE to reach me. I called back. Agent can't assist me. Every person. I spoke to has referred me to another who also can't help me.
FNB - PLEASE UPDATE MY OTP'S TO NE SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS and not my S/African Cell. It's not on roaming.
I have previously, whilst in. SA, to correct my email address from my old work email address to my current personal address ( ***)
No one is contacting me!!!!
How difficult can this be FNB?
FNB - PLEASE UPDATE MY OTP'S TO NE SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS and not my S/African Cell. It's not on roaming.
I have previously, whilst in. SA, to correct my email address from my old work email address to my current personal address ( ***)
