First National Bank

FNB doesn't care about their customers, how possible is that the money on the account goes out and FNB can't trace that money? I've been trying to get help about the debit order that come through on the 26/06/2025, I have tried call the customer service and the only thing I am getting is nothing but try to call us again later our system doesn't show debit orders that come through on the 26th June
