First national Bank

I.have had an ******* debit come from ss-legal from my FNB account. I called FNB 3 times to get this reversed and on the 3rd time they said ss legal blocked fnb from taking my money back There is no details of as legal online and it appears FNB are aware of this ********** going one. Why are they not stopping this or reporting it? Why are they working with.ss legal on this? I am going to file a complaint against FNB with the ombudsman and financial services. Absolutely disgraceful. Also having been on the phone to them for approx 30 mins so far and go nowhere.
