First national bank

Disgusted by the service we got at FNB Mabopane(central city) branch. A lady by name of Queen Mashele was not of help to us,we wanted to register online banking in order to pay our employees she told us there is nothing they can do to help us. And she told we not the only business suffering from this we should wait until when we don't know is this how Fnb treats it's customers? We thought it's the best bank to do with until today
