I called FNB with with regards to the Credit Insurance which I have on my Credit card and Revolving loan - the asked me to apply for the FNB covid relief - this turns out to be Loan that FNB is offering, this is completely unacceptable. All other banks are offering a payment holiday but not FNB. I have called FNB over 20 times and keep getting pushed from Pillar to Post
