First National Bank

FNB is claiming that I took out a loan of R3000 in 2020/2021. During that period I was unemployed, I have been begging them to send me a contract that I signed with them (no contract sent up until now). They keep on calling and I tell them that I am still awaiting the signed contract. I want FNB to show me the signed contract or forward me a recording as they now changed and say it was an over the phone contract. I still say I never took any loan with FNB
