First National bank
Purchased a TV from the fnb app on the 28th November 2024 Until today I'm still waiting for my delivery I had to call fnb to find out where is my delivery I.was told to call digital planet When I got through to digital planet I was told to call fnb So tell me is the option to buy a tv or any product on fnb connect a **** Fnb,digital planet and collivery have been giving me the run around for just over a week I Purchased the TV from First National bank It's not my duty to be calling third parties on behalf of First National Bank If this matter is not resolved ASAP I will be taking matters further Because all this seems like a **** from all parties involved

The delivery company collivery than calls to ask me where is the identification number and so forth....I purchased this TV from Fnb ....First National Bank and digital planet has to resolve this because again the day is over and I haven't received my Delivery
Do these companies work together?
Because upon purchase of this product from First national bank I issued all relevant documents
Please First national bank

If this is not resolved within 24 hours I will be taking matters further
