First national Bank

I've had temporary loans with them some were cleared when I payed them and some were not now my credit profile is dented because they listed me as in arrears of which am not owing them any thing called their temp loan department no one knows anything there.how can I be in arrears while my salary is paid in their bank.very disappointed am changing bank bye First national Bank😡😡😡😡😡😡
