First national bank

<p>my ex partner managed to open a new account at FNB and we got paid into this account with out me beeing present ?? I am not sure how this is possible in the first place .. We then went to the police station to open a case of ***** against the colprut only to be told that we need docs from the bank ... we went back to the bank and requested</p> <p>these docs and where told wel have them the next day so we can have the ********* arrested .. it's been 2. Weeks with no response . I get the feeling they aware they made a huge mess up and the branch manager is worried for job loss..as we have lost over</p> <p>R200 000 ... I cannot believe the awful service and feed back from first national bank ... how do we go forward with suing the bank for loss of income due to incompetence?</p>
