First National Bank - 0 stars do not use

FNB is the worst provider in SA. The service and ability to provide any sort of help is shocking. I have been trying to close a credit card for over a month now which is fully paid off but they just won’t do it. Now I have R42 credit fee charged to the card which they won’t allow me to settle to close the account. How can this take so long?
