***First National Bandits *****

So in December 2018 - FNB Deducted over R7000 from my account - I phoned in made arrangements on my loan to be debited on the 23rd of every month with the agreed amount ( Had to wait over 2 weeks for a portion of the money to be refunded )- today 23rd of Jan 2019 2 debit orders went off with the agreed amount - So will this be a monthly thing where money is just taken from my account and I have to wait over 2 weeks for it to be refunded ? Thinking of changing my bank account TODAY as FNB is now Messing with my Budget -you cant just deduct money as you please _ I expect this to be escalated as this is the 2nd month in the ROW... I will rather take my business else where ...ABSA ...NEDBANK...CAPITEC or perhaps STANDARD BANK ?
