FIRST NATIONAL ****

Never EVER trust FNB with your debit orders, important funds or investments because they are a bunch of *********** and arrogant idiots. An unauthorised amount of over R1000 went off our account this morning. Within 5 minutes we after we received the notification, we called FNB to report the matter. We were "assisted" by a completely dont care indian gentleman that basicly reassured us that FNB is not interested in assisting us and that we are not going to get our ****** funds back. No timeframe for the process (his answers to our questions were basicly "I DONT KNOW") No reassurance, no indication of timeframe, no involving us in the process from this chop. We use this account for our vehicle debit orders so if funds go missing, our debit orders will bounce and we will get listed and FNB doesnt care about that. Not their problem and also no solution - only that they will investigate and thats that. This ****** amount is part of our monthly budget but now we are not sure if we will ever see OUR money again. When we asked when we will get our funds back, this chop said "' we wont because the transaction was already successfull and that there is nothing FNB can do about it" Turns out our card was cloned and somebody is shopping with our funds. FNB does not care! Im going to start here and will not stop untill we have our funds back that were ****** under FNB's responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THESE IDIOTS WITH YOUR MONEY!!
