First Nationa ******-up

I chose to move to FNB thinking that a private banker will mean that I will have to go through the minimum schlep of transferring my debit orders and sorting out the admin that goes with banking. FNB's 1st private banker was an absolute *********** employee and was only beaten by their more *********** debit order switching "team". I subsequently requested a new pvt banker and had to resort to being really nasty in order for this *********** banking outfit to start taking me seriously. Now I find out that the ****-up that they did with regards to my debit order switching has resulted in 2 debit orders being missed by Std Bank which has decreased my credit rating and has resulted in me not qualifying for an MTN deal....who btw...are another bunch of *********** A-HOLES. FNB's debit order switching team are so useless that I'm sure that they all collectively believe that the earth is flat and that money grows on trees. I want FNB to sort out my Standard Bank Debit order ASAP and to also intervene with the CREDIT BUREAUs and restore my lost credit ratings.
