First for Themselves, not their customers, bank

Okay I'm really annoyed with FNB now, I receive an SMS advising me that my bond will go off on the 15th and if I'm not okay with this I need to contact FNB to advise them not to. I agreed to a certain date, and I will pay like I have always and have never missed on that date. Is it not enough that there's a salary tracker where the bond is debited as soon as my salary is deposit. That is just one complaint.

A few weeks ago I went to renew my license disc during my lunch break and was advised I need proof of residence. I rushed to FNB with hopes to get a statement quickly, I waited in line for a while and then went to a staff member to explain that I need to rush back to work as I still have to go back to the licensing dept with this, they told me to just keep waiting. I waited for almost 30 minutes, just for a statement. The licensing dept weren't accepting cards so I waited another 15 minutes in the line outside for the ATM as only 1 of 3 ATM's were working. Premier account for what?

I was dropped from a level 3 to level 1 on my ebucks with no explanation?

I reported ***** on my credit card quite long ago and was advised after investigating, the amount would be credited back to me, it wasn't?

Whoever you are banking with, don't switch over to FNB. Their call center service is shocking too and they have already started reducing benefits as seen in recent news.

Reviewer Update

At the same time that I sent in this compalint, I sent an e-mail through to FNB requesting that I not be debited on the 15th. I have not received any feedback since, called FNB myself now:

Called prenier line, was transferred to Home Loans, Home Loans transferred me to collections, Collections advised I need to be transferred to another department. After trying to transfer me for a while, while I hold the agent got back to me advising that the department I need to go through seems to be experiencing problems with their line. So no resolution to this..

I did not request that it go off on the 15th, but I have to call in and struggle to get through to reverse FNB's doings. I will probably have to try calling in again later.
