FIRST FOR LETTING YOU DOWN

After all the years of being with FNB, I have only spoken highly of their professional service, efficiency and great support platforms.

Sadly, not thus time....after an unfortunate error in Mt sort and investigating extra support atvthus very trying financial times,

I found myself trapped in 'unofficial debt review', after Kegan guidance and support from only one person, my private banker, things seemed to be on the path to recovery. ALL my credit facilities were retired except FNB's because at the end, in error I was told, they never released my accounts.

Well now after some sturn words yesterday, they released my credit card, but failed to do so with one account which I tried to reduce debt wise but made a mistake, now I am in a financial tightness bever experienced.

Thank you FNB Senior Management for you lack of transparency and lack of guidance.......the moral line us....DON'T TRUST FNB with your accounts when things go wrong.....think twice
