FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE - VERY DISAPPOINTING.

In all my years with this BANK, I've had nothing but a clear record. All consultants are always very helpful.

I had the misfortune of having my card swallowed at the ATM in Edenvale stationed at Fresh Stop. I called the helpline provided, whereby I cancelled my Credit Card, and was informed that I would need to apply for a new Card (which I may add is weeks old.) I asked about the charges for the Card Renewal Whereby I was told I would have to dispute them. I find this to be a HUGE inconvenience. I have a similar case running with Telkom at the current moment, it is unfair for me to pay for their non-functional ATM machine. I am currently fighting the Flu and my attempt to draw money has left me feeling further ill by this.

On one other side note, After cancelling the card, I was put through to Credit Card division, Whereby I went through the authentication process, where I was forcefully transferred BACK to the main menu to begin holding once again for 10-20mins. This has left me with a sour experience in which I personally feel that considering the amount of charges FNB takes from me Every month, that it is perhaps time to move onto another instead.

Very disappointing.
