Fired as a customer

<p>Yesterday I wrote a review complaining about FNB service levels. FNB responded by removing the review, stating that I was not a bona fide customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Our companies have been banking with RMB/FNB for many years. I will be passing this new information on to our board of directors, letting them know that we are not actually recognized as customers. I am sure they will find this information to be enlightening, and that they will act accordingly.</p>
