Finger prints needed not id
Phoned in a coin change order at 9am on 14 July for (1200.00) not ready at 1.30pm . On collection the teller wanted my bank acc no , id number . I showed my id drivers and fnb banking cards. Not good enough wanted my left and right thumb print.Would not give me my change order unless i scanned both thumbs . Then there was only one teller on duty !This is your treatment of long time dedicated fnb customer ? time to change banks.
