Find poor service

I have app**** for a new debit card and I was gold it would take 3-5 working days but till today I haven't received any feedback regarding my card delivery Whenever I contact fnb it's either they telling me it's out for delivery or it's at the wrong hub or it's going to he deliverd today or they will contact the courier company to speed up things is this really away to treat customers
