Today my wife and I visited the branch to apply for one of their products. Thuliwe Phiri assisted us. I just want to say that she must be rewarded and retained by FNB because she was so good. She knew what she was talking about, and gave us great suggestions on the products. I wish every experience of mine with FNB was like this. I am truly impressed. Keep it up Thuli and may FNB find more like you.
