Find a new delivery service please.

My wife bought and payed for her license disc renewal with FNB all good and well. This was on the 28th of November with still no delivery from Skynet worldwide express. Why do you use them as a delivery service if you can see how bad the service is. Can it be recovered from them and collected from an FNB branch as you know its holiday time and it is urgently needed.
