WARNING!

Stay far away from anything FNB. Such incompetence from both the banking and insurance side.

They gave me false information on the secure chat on my banking app and in the branch. The app is also glitchy and not user friendly.

They were so *********** with processing a motor claim which my mother tried to claim from when there was an attempted motor vehicle break in. They denied the claim from a photo / video that was submitted by my mother stating it was wear and tear. Those *********** people didn’t even ask my mother to take the car in for an assessment so a damage report could be submitted by a profressional.

FNB wastes so much money on marketing where they should be spending that money on staff training and wellness because majority of their staff are *********** (online and in person) and look miserable in the branches.

How can you trust a financial service provider that LIES to their customers and above that are ***********!
