Financial pressure and no assistance

Can fnb kindly make contact, 22 August 2024 I lost my job and the first thing that came to mind was to inform my bank.

I have made an online application and submitted job loss documents but am getting a collection call and not an arrangement for payment break until my pension is released.

This is a serious matter can you kindly prioritize this issue.
