I think the FNB finance department needs to be investigated. They always add an extra amount of money in my outstanding balance of my personal loan. When I query about it, I am told that the money was added because I had requested for a refund. When I ask , when did I request it? When was it deposited and where was it deposited? No one can answer. I am told that the matter has been escalated to the finance person who made these changes to my account. It’s been a month and this finance person has not made the necessary changes to my account and has not given feedback to the escalation.I have been trying to follow up on this irregularity for a month and I am being charged interest on a false balance.
