Finally sorted duplication transactions

I experienced a problem with two double transactions on my account. I went to FNB Lifestyle Centurion about two weeks ago. I explained that I am having no joy between FNB an Travelstart specifically. I have already followed all the instructions as per instruction by FNB, with no outcome. I handed all the paperwork and when arrived home, forwarded the email trail to FNB Lifestyle. They then contacted Travelstart on my behalf and both double payments from Travelstart and the other transaction duplications were credited to my account. Thank you FNB Lifestyle.
