Finally...... great customer service at FNB

I would like to praise Samson Obusitse for the customer service I received today. After failing to make any progress with other members of staff from FNB, Samson took the time to listen to the problem I was having with my account. He assured me he would escalate the issue to his manager. Just five hours later I received a phone call from Samson that my issue had been resolved. Refreshing to have someone listen to you, and have some common sense.
