Finalization of will
FNB are executes of the will for R. F. Hubball, She died on 2/7/2016 and the will still has not past the first stage of being finalized. They have requested paperwork for the third time. Twice the paperwork in question was sent in triplicate and certified and received by the Emahlaleni F.N.B.branch manger, forwarded for me It is time and money spent each time . This appears to be a means to let the process not progress from the initial stage of finalizing the will. There are three siblings that are to inherit from my mother's will.
