Fiduciary service FNB

FNB fiduciary services must be the worst ever. My mom had a Will with them and since her passing in July I have NO communication from them after I notified them of her passing. All they did was sent a form for me to fill and documents to send. I’ve sent through ALL documents and still had to follow up with them to check if the information was received. I was then requested to send original documents. I sent the original documents and still had to run after then to confirm if the documents were received. Until this day NO ONE has confirmed receipt of those documents. The person(Confidence Sambo) I addressed the documents to referred me to someone else(Chantelle Joubert) who has been ignoring my emails. It’s like we’re not paying for a service!!!! I am mourning the death of my mom who wanted her things to be orderly arranged, the last thing I need is to be running after FNB for services they were supposed to be doing!!!! They charge us to administer Wills but the service is appalling. I am an FNB banker myself but would not recommend anyone to bank with them or have a Will them!!!! As I speak old mutual wants to close two of our claims because we do not have the letter that FNB is supposed to administer for us.
