Fiduciary Department seems to be non-existant

I have total disgust on the service from FNB Fiduciary Department. We have sent emails and even called with no success just for a hold on an account to be removed. I wrote a review in February 2022 to which they responded to be waiting for a response from Justice Department. Justice Dept confirmed authenticity of the documents on the 15th February 2022, till to date the account still has a hold.

What does it have to take us to get LeeRoy Thomas's attention or the Fiduciary Department itself?
