Ficksburg FNB the best!!

Well what can I say..... After my two previous complaints in the past few weeks regarding debit cards as well as a credit card and the horrific service that I received from several people at FNB the Ficksburg branch saves the day and completely turned the bad experiences into a great one. Since the first moment that I started dealing with Branch Manager Raino Botha and Business Manager Marietta Tosen it was an absolute pleasure. Highly efficient and professional individuals who sorted out any issues immediately and turned my negative view about FNB around again. I am definitely happy that I am moving my accounts to Ficksburg. Many other branches can come and learn some lessons from them! Also a special thank you to the gentleman, Naledi Malafatsane, who provided me with great service this morning.
