FICA VERIFICATION

The worst thing one can do is to apply for an account on the fnb website utter *******, you’ll end up with a dud account or a dummy account that doesn’t work, their FICA verification process is also utter ******* I’ve sent my documents for verification on the 31st of December 2021 and after that I got an email stating that I they will let me know if I am verified within 48 hours , I’ve called the call centre to query about the account and all I get is “your documents are not on the system yet” it is frustrating and unprofessional.
