FICA update struggle

I am being bombarded with FICA update orders, but the instructions to do it are incorrect. There is NO option under Business Solutions ( as instructed) to do the FICA update. I tried AI which suggested My To Do List, but could not find the option there either. I'm under the impression that it's an urgent matter, but why the struggle to do so? FNB is causing a lot of stress...
