FICA trash

<p>daniel-timothy**** 1<br />I have a business account with fnb and have been happy since the day it was opened, thinking yes FNB stands behind what they say that they have the easiest business accounts, I have been an FNB client for over 15 years and have always stood by it but now I have had it, when opening the account you are required to fill the FICA docs I did so account worked business started growing, I then received a sms stating the docs needed to be done, I went in found out that just cause 2015 was not written next to the initials that it was not accepted, okay cool so I do it all over again, couple of days ago I received the same sms and then today they froze it, I have just lunched a retail Vape store and my open day is on the 1st, this will be a huge train smash if I do not get this sorted by then, I will be conducting ******* business if I then ask clients to pay into my personal account so what do I do change my open day cause FNB messed up, I can only say if it impeads my business and causes a loss in revenue I can only start legal action this is not fair to the client especially if the client has rectified a internal issue, I can imagine I am not the only one and I can guarantee FNB will feel this mistake for thousands have been upset, I have friends also dealing with this and have been doing so for a week, I cannot afford this on an opening day please FNB help ASAP</p>
