FICA staff useless

I have been banking with FNB for almost 10 years but I always thought they were the best bank where you can put your trust and anything your money in, but these past 4 days there are proving to be as useless as a rock dam even a rock has got more qualities against them so which means they are nothing. My account was blocked on Tuesday but I sent document on Monday so U called them they told me that the document are incomplete I must send them three months of payslip I did after that they again go and say no I must now send the a certified copy of my ID. What makes me so angry is that before I can get hold of them I take about 1 hour of waiting for someone to assist you only to let that person tell you that no you still need to send more documents.I can't remeber where I have placed my orginal ID so I have to go to the police station for a affidavit then go to home affairs then wait for my ID the go again to the police to certify it the send it though to them only then will I be able to get MY MONEY from them. All I can say is I'm so dissapointed in the service they gave me it's like they're hiring IDIOTS to assist us they where suppose to tell me all these details from the beginning then I would understand but the first one says no the document that I have sent are correct I must just send my payslips then I did that and the last one says no you must also fill in a form then I did that after a few minutes she says no your ID must be certified. ALL I CAN SAY IS I'M VERY ANGER I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AS SOON AS I HAVE SENT THEM THESE DOCUMENTS.............................................
