FICA Registration Documents - Blocked Account

I supp**** my FICA documents to the bank NUMUROUS times but kept on receiving an sms that the documents is not in order. After handing in, faxing and mailing it to various departments I still receive the SMS notification that the docs are not in order and my account will be suspended! This has been going on for more than a year and each time I call them to discuss the sms they tell me the documents is in order. For some reason I still receive the SMS. The bank told me to ignore this which I've done. Now all of a sudden my bank account has been blocked and I cant receive my salary from my employer!! I've got a small baby and cant do my monthly shopping as I don't have any funds available!!! This is ridiculous, I'm feeling so frustrated!!!! Cant believe this is how FNB treat their clients!!!!!
