FICA provided not actioned

I visited the branch manager at Hoedspruit branch in the 20th of Jule 2022 to provide her with my parents FIFA documenting. The are both in a frail care facility after a stroke and organ failure. She requested one of her staff members to email tge info to *** at about 10h30 am. I have a power of attorney on both their Estates and arr responsible for the monthly payments from their accounts towards their residency at the facility.
