FICA of sons account

In March I app**** for a account for my son. I submitted all the documents as requested, and I showed the courier guy the orginal documents. Shortly after they delivered the card I start getting mails saying I need to submit the documents again. Since the 12 March I have submitted documents. First the address is not exactly as per my insurance schedule. I fix it then the declaration is wrong then its this then its that. The last mail I received on the 26 April I get told to go into the bank and submit the document there. Just to mention the card was active and then suddenly without warning the card was stopped again.First of all, the reason I app**** on line is because I don't have time to go into he bank and stand in a queue for how many hours for something that takes 5 min to sort out. Can someone contact me so I can get this sorted out as I need for my sons account to be open.
