FICA of Bank Account - Frozen Account

Over 2 weeks to get my business bank account to transact after numerous calls and emails relating to FICA of the business and filling out the Self Certification and FNB business common reporting. Still waiting.... can't book flight or accommodation for upcoming business trip etc.
