FICA not super easy ...
After searching for saving accounts for my twins, I decided on the FNBy packages . Applying was easy enough - and sure enough, I received a phone call to open the accounts the next day - but the FICA process is terrible .
Yesterday I sent through colour copies of my ID, kids ID and address as requested - but now today I get another email to send again to a different email .
I realise it'd only been a few days - but I can't see the issue and it's difficult to phone FICA department ?

07 Mar 2022, 10:44Hi - I think someone called today, but I've missed the call. I've since got 3 or 4 emails saying the same thing 'please send copies of birth certificates in colour' - but I have done this .
