Fica/ Not Satisifed

I received numerous emails & texts to collect my card from the FNB Umhlanga Crescent . Upon collection and handing in my Fica docs, the lady in the collections department said everything was sorted. The following day i swiped my card at 2 different vendors and to my surprise it was declined, thank goodness i have another bank card to resolve my embarrassment . I called the call center today 22/06/2015 and they say my card has not been on the fica database, So too the Women that apparently said my card was ready to use, do your part and submit my fica docs so i can utilize my card

Today 29/09/2015
So I get a call from 1 of your agents saying that my card is inactive, YES that's true cause of *********** work from the service at FNB, I finally got time off from work to go the branch and they are apparently OFFLINE, which is frustrating to me. I want this resolved immediately, cause when your agents called me for a card, I took my time to give them details, not take your time to sort my card out. As for that Indian Lady that walks around in the branch , Get your act together and treat people with respect, it wouldn't kill you
