FICA!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible service. Sent my Fica documents a year ago. now receiving sms that my account will be upheld from 17 March if not emailed to you. phoned the number provided only to hold on the line for most of the time. spent over 12min on the phone for absolutely no results. This is not my first bad experience, but really the worst customer service... not that I got any service or answers. I have screenshots of sent email in April 2021. Also of the very annoying long "just hold" phone call. Phoned on Wednesday as well, got cut off.
