FICA Nightmare
Worst bank I have ever been with, I have been with FNB for over 10 years and now they brought in this FICA what what to verify accounts that have been active for years.
I have gone into the bank with my documentation and have sent it more than 3 times and now my account are placed on Hold.
After I get this sorted I am closing my accounts

09 Jun 2021, 16:48Thank you because I have been trying to contact the number provided on the SMS I received but I wait for hours and then when I finally get transferred the call drops and I do not have the capacity to take off of work again to go and sit hours in the bank
