FICA Nightmare ***NF

So I've had this support ticket ( ********** NF) for 16 days now. My business account has been frozen for months. I've been in correspondence with FNB since early December regarding this matter. They put a hold on your account without any warning whatsoever, and then you have to deal with the fallout. I've read complaints here on hellopeter of people who had their business accounts frozen for up to 6 months, with the process stuck in some black hole inside the the FICA department. How on earth are you supposed to run a business like that? The customer service is atrocious, no one can inform you on what the issue is. I urge any sane person not to trust their money in FNBs hands, because you will lose your sanity. What is most concerning is, it seems the rot in South Africa has already spread deep into our private institutions as well. The window to move as much money out of this country as possible is closing at an increasing pace.
