FICA mismanagement a huge frustrstion

What on earth is going on with FNB??? My card was declined ans blocked today because I haven't FICA'ed my account. Really? On a Sunday? Who is available on a Sunday to assist. I see many customers (soon to be customers) have experienced the se thing today. This is really really poor service which has left many people embarrassed and frustrated. Shame on you FNB
